Before sending a support request, please check the relevant guide or template Instructions tab first. Many common questions are answered there with screenshots and step-by-step explanations. If your issue is not covered, include as much detail as possible: which template you are using, the software version (Excel 2021, Google Sheets, Numbers), and a description of what you expected versus what actually happened.

Request a New Template

Our template library grows based on user demand. If you have a tracking or organization need that our current templates do not cover, describe your workflow and we will evaluate whether it fits our roadmap. Popular request categories include: size conversion trackers for clothing orders, QC photo organization sheets, multi-agent comparison matrices, and customs duty calculators for specific countries.

The most successful requests include a clear description of the problem, a rough sketch of the ideal sheet layout, and an explanation of why existing templates do not solve it. Report Bugs or Outdated Links

Shipping carrier websites change their tracking page URLs periodically, which breaks the HYPERLINK formulas in our Delivery Tracking and Order Tracking templates. If you click a tracking number and land on a 404 page or an incorrect carrier site, let us know immediately. Include the carrier name, the old URL pattern, and the new URL pattern if you have discovered it.

Bug reports for template formulas should include the cell reference, the formula text, the input values you entered, and the incorrect output you received. Screenshots are extremely helpful. We maintain a public changelog showing which issues have been fixed in each quarterly update, so you can verify whether a reported bug is already scheduled for resolution.

Can I request a custom spreadsheet for my specific workflow?
We consider all template requests and select the most broadly useful ones for our public library. We do not build one-off custom spreadsheets for individual users, but if your workflow represents a common need, there is a good chance it will be added to our roadmap. Describe the problem clearly and include a rough layout sketch for the best chance of selection.
Do you offer phone or live chat support?
Currently we handle all support through the contact form on this page. This allows us to maintain a searchable archive of common issues, which improves the quality of responses over time. As our community grows, we may introduce community forums or scheduled office hours, but there are no plans for phone support.
Is my contact information kept private?
